Family Law (Domestic Relations). Family Law has been a major focus of Mr. Bowen's law practice for over 30 years. On a daily basis he provides legal services involving both simple and complex cases on issues including, but not limited to, child support, custody, spousal support, divorce, alimony pendente lite, final alimony and equitable distribution. Family law practice limited to: Allegheny County, Beaver County, Butler County, Washington County and Westmoreland County .

Real Property. A substantial part of Mr. Bowen's practice has involved representing clients (individuals, corporations, partnerships, and financial institutions) in various real estate and related matters including, but not limited to, preparation of residential and commercial/industrial leases, simple and complex sales and purchases of residential, commercial/industrial properties. Mr. Bowen is a licensed Title Agent and represents both buyers and sellers and conduct real estate closings.

Business Matters. Mr. Bowen has formed and continues to represent numerous small and medium sized businesses including sole proprietorships, partnerships, including professional, charitable and other non-profit corporations. His representation includes all matters from formation to dissolution/termination.

Estate Planning and Probate. Mr. Bowen prepares wills and trusts (estate planning) and probate simple as well as complex estates.

Miscellaneous. There are numerous other legal matters for Mr. Bowen and his staff are competent to render services and do provide legal services.
